I just wanted to say thank you. I was in Villefranche, France yesterday and found that little restaurant of yours - you know, the one owned by the Greek guy and his little Asian wife. You know, the one that not only serves the usual French cuisine, but also the Italian, Chinese, Indian and Vietnamese as well. You know, the one that actually serves RARE BEEF NOODLE SOUP. You know, my favorite soup in the world, which I haven't had since Calgary?After pouring a quarter of the chili sauce with the green top into the bowl, chewing on the bean sprouts and delicious beef, I began to cry. Well, maybe not cry, but there was definitely tears involved.
